†In the STEP series of studies, semaglutide has been shown to result in an average weight loss of approximately 14.9% of body weight at a dose of 2.4 mg weekly over 68 weeks. In the SURMOUNT-1 trial, people using tirzepatide for weight management at doses of 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg weekly achieved average weight loss of 15-22.5% of body weight over 72 weeks.
